Product Information
Rayo is a lightning-bolt cup—juicy, chocolatey, and bright in all the right places.
Itʼs a 100% women-produced washed coffee from Luz Helena Salazar (La Leonafarm, Armenia/Quindío, Colombia).
Cherries are picked at peak ripeness, floated and hand-sorted, then undergo ~30 hours of underwater fermentation before pulping. The parchment is gently
washed and dried in temperature-controlled conditions to reach ideal moisture.
