Product Information
Latino is your everyday dance partner: bright, sweet, and ridiculously easy to drink. Medium roast with citrusy lift and caramel depth–perfect black, and still amazing with a splash of milk.
Origin blend
- 20% El Salvador (Finca San Carlos) – Fully Washed: grown in the Bálsamo mountain range; bourbon variety; fermented ~6–8 hours, then dried on clay brick patios for clarity and sweetness.
- 60% Nicaragua (Matagalpa) – Washed: brings smooth body and a gentle cocoa backbone.
- 20% Colombia (Popayán Reserve) – Washed: volcanic ash soils and high altitudes (~1,500–2,070m) give sweet citrus and clean structure; washed and dried on raised beds for 5–7 days.
In the cup: tangerine brightness, caramel sweetness, cacao nibs, stone-fruit hints, and a molasses finish.
Best for: espresso, or any milk-based coffee (flat white / latte).
