Brew Tips
  • As filter coffee beans: highlight the citrus + caramel.
  • As espresso: pull slightly longer for a sweeter, rounder shot.
  • With milk (flat white/latte): the caramel and cacao notes come through even with milk.

Tasting Notes

Tangerine, caramel, cacao nibs, stone fruit, and molasses. Clean finish; medium roast comfort.

Origin & Processing

60% Nicaragua (Matagalpa) – Washed: brings smooth body and a gentle cocoa backbone. 20% Colombia (Popayán Reserve) – Washed: volcanic ash soils and high altitudes (~1,500–2,070m) give sweet citrus and clean structure; washed and dried on raised beds for 5–7 days. 20% El Salvador coffee beans (Finca San Carlos) – Fully Washed: grown in the Bálsamo mountain range; bourbon variety; fermented ~6–8 hours, then dried on clay brick patios for clarity and sweetness.

Freshness & Storage

For the best flavour, enjoy within a few weeks of opening. Seal tight, keep cool/dry, avoid heat and sunlight.

FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

What grind do you sell?

At Zesto, we only offer whole bean coffee – for maximum freshness. Once ground, coffee begins to lose its natural aromas almost immediately – but keeping it whole locks in all that richness until the very moment you decide it's time for a cup. It's the difference between a good coffee and a great one. We believe that real flavour is worth the extra minute it takes to grind – your taste buds will thank you!

How do I store coffee?

Keep it sealed, cool, and dry—away from heat and sunlight.

When will my coffee arrive?

Shipping options and pricing are shown at checkout. Youʼll receive tracking once your order is dispatched.
