Coffee subscription gift FAQs
How does our gift coffee subscription work?
You choose 3, 6 or 12 months, add your recipient's details and a message, and pay once. On the date you pick, they get a gift email with a code. They redeem it, choose their coffee and delivery address, and a fresh 250g bag arrives every month for the length of your gift.
Can my recipient choose their coffee?
Yes. When they redeem the gift they choose Rayo, Latino or Oro. Every gift costs the same, whichever coffee they pick.
Does the gift expire?
Your recipient needs to redeem the gift within 12 months of purchase. Once they have redeemed it, their bags continue monthly until the gift ends.
Does it renew automatically?
No. There is no auto-renewal, and nothing is charged when your gift ends. You pay once, at checkout.
When will the gift arrive?
Once your recipient has redeemed the gift and chosen their start date, we dispatch within 2 working days. It is usually 1 day in the post, so most first bags arrive within a week. After that a new bag follows every month.
What if I do not know their email?
Tick "I don't know their email: send the code to me" at checkout. We email the gift code to you instead, so you can pass it on yourself or print it.
Can my recipient change their delivery address?
They enter their delivery address when they redeem the gift. If anything changes after that, email contact@zesto.coffee and we will help.
Can I change the send date?
You choose the send date at checkout: today or any date in the future. If your plans change, or you typed the wrong email, write to contact@zesto.coffee before the send date and we will fix it.
Is this coffee gift subscription whole bean only?
Yes. Every coffee gift subscription is whole bean only, 250g a bag, freshly roasted in London. If you are not sure your recipient has a grinder at home, it is worth checking before you buy.
Is the gift UK only?
Yes. This gift is for delivery addresses in the UK only.
Can the subscription be extended after it ends?
When the gift ends, nothing more is charged. If your recipient would like to carry on, they can start their own Zesto coffee subscription, or you can send another gift.
When do the free Zesto gifts arrive?
Your free gifts ship once, with the first delivery. They do not come with every monthly bag.
