Orders and minimum order

Zesto Coffee sells freshly roasted whole bean coffee. The minimum order for office subscriptions is 1 kg. You can choose 1 kg, 2 kg or 5 kg per delivery. For more than 5 kg, request a quote and we will get back to you within 1 working day.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling and are paid at checkout. An invoice is sent automatically by email after your order.

Shipping

We ship worldwide. UK orders are dispatched within 2 working days, and international shipping costs are shown at checkout. For orders outside the UK, any customs duties, import taxes or fees are set by the destination country and paid by the recipient on delivery.

Returns

We cannot accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email support@zesto.coffee within a day of receiving it, with your order number and a photo.

Subscriptions

You can skip, pause, cancel, or change your coffee and frequency at any time. There is no lock-in.
